RULES & CONDITIONS
Not allowed to carry sharp weapons, etc., Security luggage is the responsibility of each participant
Anyone can join, an Indonesian citizen / Foreign, without being seen by the age limit (except the committee).
Participants must re-register at the event by showing PARTICIPANTS FORM to get the serial number of participants.
Themed costumes used freely, and does not contain elements of SARA
Costumes should not use the symbol - the symbol of sensitivity.
Despite having a team, the assessment is still being done by individuals.
The event was held in conjunction with Event Toyz MANIA JAKARTA FAIR 2009 on 6 December 2009 at Building 6th Floor SENAYAN STC
Duration of the competition is 13:00 pm - completion, participants must come 1 hour before the competition took place.
Participants who did not submit complete data and photographs via e-mail us, declared invalid.
* Participants acquitted conduct any sights to attract the attention of the masses.
* The committee sends the latest news on this event participants only via email.
* The Committee will provide a special dressing room for the Cosplayer (men and women)
* Announcement of winners will be the end of the show.
* Decision of the jury can not be contested.
* Participants agreed with the above rules & regulations.
